International students who wish to undertake our IGCSE /A LEVEL online courses and want to visit our campus
to study their subject or want to improve their grades under our supervision can apply for a Short-Term Study
Visa which has a maximum 6 months duration. International students may also want to take their exam in the
UK by registering as a private candidate in a private exam centre (T&C’s apply). They must leave the country
before the visa expires. International students can register to take an exam with the British council in their
country. We will not issue a short-term visa letter for any student under the age of 18. Students will need to pay
registration/exam fees for each individual subject. Retakes will be charged additionally as a separate payment.
OCE does not conduct face to face IGCSE/A-LEVEL classes on campus, but do offer them as online classes. As
this is self-study and dependent on the student, we understand that it may be difficult to concentrate and find
motivation. Therefore, we will assist and supervise the student by providing facilities for a maximum of 6
months. Students can use our classroom/library/internet/computer/printer facilities. The student will not be
studying or participating with others in a group. This is purely a self-study course following instructions online.
The student can complete the course with us, and if they then wish to sit an exam, they can do so externally.
Please contact us if any assistance is required.
